LUMINAIRE HOUSING: Made in white, stoved steel sheet with high torsion resistance and a minimum guaranteed thickness of 0,6 mm according to Norm ENEC-10/VDE. Minted, punched and folded before the painting treatment.

PAINTING: In white epoxi-polyester, in robotic cabin with dust polymerization in continuous ovens at 180º, previous to degreasing and microcrystaline phosphatizing. Stable to the ultraviolet radiations and yellowing process.

OPTIC: Made of pure methacrylate (PMMA) opal plate. Mounted in a steel frame coated with powder, thermohardered in UV stabilished and has remains anti-yellowing process. Four metal springs are included for hanging the frame-opal plate for easy tubes replacement and maintenance.
