LUMINAIRE HOUSING: Made in white, stoved steel sheet with high torsion resistance and a minimum guaranteed thickness of 0,6 mm according to Norm ENEC-10/VDE. Minted, punched and folded before the painting treatment.
PAINTING: In white epoxi-polyester, in robotic cabin with dust polymerization in continuous ovens at 180º, previous to degreasing and microcrystaline phosphatizing. Stable to the ultraviolet radiations and yellowing process.
BRIGHT OPTIC: Double parabolic V-Shaped reflectors made of pure aluminium polished and anodized with a hight specular 316 G2 finish. This anti-iridescent optic renders a “DARKLIGHT” effect and a homogeneus light projection. Renders high performance and low luminance level cut-off at 60º 200cd/m2.
